Welcome to a week-long intensive retreat on the magic island of Ischia dedicated to exploring yourself in a beautiful agritourism environment. Ischia, a small island just a few kilometres off the coast of Naples (Italy), has its natural hot springs, beautiful landscape and stunning views of the sea.
Under the supervision of Thomas Rosenkilde Rasmussen, Upledger therapist and teacher, scientist and Research Director for the Upledger Institute International, you will take part in an intensive 5-day multi-hands therapy. There will be an introduction to multi-hands craniosacral therapy treatments in the water. You will work in small groups with other therapists. Within this group you will receive two treatments on a full class day with a free choice of moving between the treatment tables and the thermal pools.
This is an opportunity to work on your personal development, therapeutic skills and your health while being immersed in nature with a group of other therapists. It’s a time to regenerate, explore, exchange and live new experiences with colleagues within the richness of the island of Ischia and its incredible beauty. The agritourism Il Giardino del Nonno offers an ideal environment to slow down, explore and take good care of yourself.

The agritourismil Giardino del Nonno a Sant’Angelo d’Ischia
Il Giardino del Nonno is a distinctive charming family-run agritourism set in an enchanting scenery offering stunning views of the sea. Here, the cult of hospitality has been handed down for three generations. The property is an oasis of peace and relaxation for nature lovers and benefits from a strategic position, as it lies only 200 meters from the renowned Fumarole beach and from a 20 minute walk from the square of the picturesque village of Sant’Angelo, reachable following a very suggestive panoramic path.
Travel
Class starts on August 26 early morning and finishes August 30 late evening. We want to start and close the retreat all together! We ask you to arrive the latest on August 25 in the evening and leave the earliest on August 31.
It is possible to arrive on August 24 and/or leave after August 31. Either you stay in the agritourism or for a night in Naples to explore this unique city!

- August 25, 10:30 am from Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) to Naples International Airport (NAP)
- August 31, 6:40 pm back from Naples International Airport (NAP) to Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP)
We will organise the transfer from the airport of Naples to the agritourism for this group.
Retreat accommodation
There are 4 types of accommodation. They all include all the meals and the use of the facilities. Soft and alcoholic drinks are paid separately.
- double occupation standard with garden view for €140/day/person
- double occupation standard with sea view for €145/day/person
- double occupation superior with sea view for €150/day/person
- junior suite with sea view for €170/day/person
For single occupation add €50/day. Due to limited space, single use of rooms is not guaranteed.

We will make the reservations for the rooms with the agritourism. Every participant then pays the accommodation directly to the agritourism.
As 2 afternoons will be free for excursions, dinners will not be served in the agritourism on these days. Participants will organise their dinners in the area individually.

Conditions of participation
- ongoing practice of craniosacral therapy and the following class:Craniosacral Therapy 3 (SER1).
- no prior yoga and mediation experience is required
Registration
To register for the retreat and reserve a place, a CHF 600.- deposit per participant is to be made. The deposit is nonrefundable after May 15th.
It is highly recommended to get a travel insurance to cover the full retreat!
